I’ll be walking you through the UI design prototype for the chatbot for Acree. My goal was to align the experience with the brand guide, incorporating strategy and research. I've developed a prototype showcasing onboarding screens and chatbot functionalities.

Onboarding users to Arcee AI

The goal here is pretty simple, get targeted users to sign up on Arcee with no issue and a smooth onboarding experience and it would also verify that such users are HUMAN. I designed a sign up experience that allows users to login based on their preferred option and that should pop up a browser screen which uses the SSO technology which allows users previously signed up on other parts of Arcee to access the Arcee chat bot app with a seamless experience.

Once they are fully signed up, I added this feature info screen telling users about arcee and it’s features at which they can carry out on the app, this gives them a good knowledge of what the app is all about.
